David Elf
CEO
David founded Elf & Sons in 2018, carrying forward his family business in North London, England, dating back to 1912. David puts a high premium on superb craftsmanship and attention to details. He treats every home as if it was his own and every customer as if they were family. David lives in Riva, MD with his wife, two kids, and two dogs. David loves fishing and would turn his boat into an on-water office, if he could.
Yoav Stein
COO
Yoav joined Elf & Sons in 2023, taking his experience working with a wide variety of customers from the nonprofit sector to the commercial world. Providing excellent experience to customers and helping them fulfill their needs and wants are the hallmark of his daily work. Yoav leads the company’s solar roofing and green building efforts. Yoav was born and raised in Northern Israel and has been living in Washington, DC since 2013, with his wife and two girls.
